This calendar outlines a comprehensive schedule of training programs designed to uphold the principles of FSC Forest Management certification while fostering sustainability, safety, and efficiency in plantation operations.

• Targeted Learning: Customized modules for staff, supervisors, labour representatives, locals, and stakeholders to ensure holistic capacity building.
• Wide-Ranging Topics: Covering essential subjects such as harvesting procedures, fire hazard management, FSC principles, productivity enhancement, plantation strategies, first aid, disaster management, and environmental responsibility.
• Skill Development: Focus on operational excellence, safety measures, conservation strategies, nursery techniques, and dispute resolution mechanisms.
• Year-Long Engagement: Month-wise and fortnight-specific training sessions to ensure continuous learning and practical application.

Purpose:

This training calendar is structured to:

• Reinforce FSC Principles & Criteria: Encourage adherence to international standards in forest management.
• Enhance Productivity & Sustainability: Introduce advanced techniques for plantation and resource management.
• Promote Safety & Hygiene: Equip participants with essential skills for handling emergencies and maintaining safe work environments.

Schedule Overview:

• April to June: Foundation training on harvesting, fire hazard management, FSC principles, and plantation strategies.
• July to September: Health, hygiene, conservation, and CSR-related modules.
• October to December: Advanced nursery techniques, dispute resolution, and carbon emission strategies.
• January to March: Disaster management, soil conservation, and end-of-year planning.
