The TGFDC has taken up the following worksunder TelanganakuHarithaharam for NTPC & RFCL Ramagundam on consultancy service basis in Peddapally district.
I. NTPC, Ramagundam
On request of M/s NTPC Ramagundam, the TGFDC have taken up the Avenue plantation work on deposit basis. Accordingly, the TGFDC & NTPC authorities have discussed the issue, finalized & taken up the Avenue plantation under TelanganakuHarithaharam for NTPC, Ramagundam on consultancy service basis in the following areas for about 23 KM stretch of Rajiv Rahadari in two bits

The work is taken with an estimated cost of Rs. 3,79,03,059/- (including 10% establishment cost, 20% servicecharges, raising and maintenance expenditure, GST on establishment cost of and Service charges) towards raising of 12743 nos of Avenue plantation for the period of (21) months i.e., Raising and 1st year maintenance. At present 9804 no. of various species of plants planted as on 15.10.2019 in the said area as against 12743 no’s. and 3993 no. of tree guards erected around the plants with brush wood and MS welded wire mesh. Tree guard fixing work is in progress.
II.NTPC, Ramagundam
On request of MM/s NTPC Ramagundam, the TGFDC have taken up Miyawaki Plantation on behalf of NTPC Ramagundam, on depository basis under TelanganakuHarithaharam on consultancy service basis for which an estimated cost of Rs.8,62,17,000/- and Rs.65,38,300/- (including 10% establishment cost, 20% service charges, raising and maintenance expenditure, GST on establishment cost of and Service charges) towards Miyawaki Technique plantations for raising and maintenance of 78340 nos. i.e., Raising and maintenance up to 1st year.At present 7140 Nos at Head works and 40000 Nos. and 31200 Nos. at Bit I & Bit II of various species of plants planted in the said area of 17.8 Acres(10.00 Bit I & 7.8 Bit II) and Raising of the plants completed and its under maintenance.
